As my story is written, I didn't realize that this time in my life was only meant to be a chapter in the novel of page turning events. To be honest, I think from the beginning I was skeptical that he would be a main character. He definitely played an important role and I have done more adventurous and fun things with him by my side. There was something very bittersweet about our mutual feeling that all we really are are friends. On the one hand, it's a sad feeling that neither one of us could look at the other and feel more. On the other, it gives me hope that there is something more in store for me; a relationship of friendship AND love.
